Abare Real Estate & Property Management was started in January of 2015. After 15 years in the property management business Kristi saw a need for  a more personal level of service for property owners.   With an extensive skill set, both in individual units and multifamily dwellings, Kristi balances both the business needs and customer satisfaction.  As a business owner, Kristi prides herself on being available to owners and quick in her response time.

Abare Real Estate & Property Management offers the following services:

Listing Service:

We will list your property for you, find you qualified tenants and then turn your property back over to you.

Management service:

We handle the entire process of leasing and managing your home beginning with performing a comparative  market analysis to ensure you are getting the most income from your investment. We provide you feedback and suggestions to get your home rented quickly, Advertise your property on over 50 rental media sites (MLS, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and others) and we place your home on our website and a sign in your yard. We also show the property and screen potential residents.

Once a resident is secured we will continue with our superior service! Our services include lease signings, rent collection, property inspections and renewal, security deposit itemization's, completing the whole move out process, and any other special requests you may have!

We will also provide you with a monthly positive cash flow statement. Our software allows you to access your account online at any time.

Our Fees are simple:

$200 one time set up fee

8% commission on the collected rent

$200 lease up fee after the first initial lease. No renewal fee!
